I regret to report an unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered at your establishment, which happens to be the nearest cafe to my school. Upon entering, I greeted your staff with a smile and inquired about your matcha offerings. Regrettably, the encounter quickly turned sour as the cashier responded brusquely and ... failed to adequately address my inquiries. Despite confirming the availability of iced matcha, the subsequent preparation did not meet expectations, resembling more of a milk-based beverage than the promised matcha. When I politely requested a stronger concentration of matcha, I was met with resistance from the cashier, who defended the concoction as per your establishment's recipe. Fortunately, the barista intervened and attempted to rectify the situation by adding a minimal amount of matcha powder atop the latte, without properly incorporating it. Additionally, when requesting a vanilla pump and offering to pay for it, I was met with unnecessary repetition from the barista regarding payment. As a customer, I value clear communication, attentiveness to requests, and quality in products served. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. My girlfriend showed me this coffee shop and I enjoyed everything about it. She was well acquainted with the workers there and they were very friendly and made me my girlfriend’s drink she use to get while on break. Their coffee is so tasty! I ordered an iced latte and was fantastic 👌🏼 will definitely go back. It’s located on the corner of a busy street which allows you to enjoy watching the crowd while chilling and enjoying your coffee. Great spot to study or work as well.

Great service, ordered London fog and taste great! They offered free coffee refill and I stayed there for some work. We in the end, had to get rid of the whole 2 cups of coffee and it was undrinkable, Not a welcoming experience when you enter this place. They show themselves to be a gender neutral place which promotes LGBTQIA 🏳️‍🌈 rights but honestly we did not feel it that way ... even though we belong to the same LGBTQIA community !
