This is the worst store to order delivery from . I am always missing items when I order on Skip for this location. This is really frustrating. I am paying for an order which is already way overpriced plus all the add on fees. So I expect the $43.00 order I ... place will arrive with all the items ordered. Not half the items but all the items ! Why are the staff not trained on how to fill delivery orders at this location? I never have this issue ordering from any other restaurant downtown. Didn't actually eat here because we went in and stood around for a couple minutes. There were no signs of interest in taking our order from the two staff members, so we left, but the couple minutes allowed me time to look around at the thick layer of grime and ... debris on every surface. The poor service from the apparently catatonic staff may have saved me from some type of food-borne illness, so in a way I thank them. In fairness to the workers, they looked very tired and depressed, and there were only two of them working, on a pleasant Saturday afternoon when Denman was busy. I suspect whoever owns this franchise is very cheap. Best avoided. Read more

The chocolate milkshake was just melted vanilla ice-cream with warm chocolate syrup (it was watery). It was gross; we threw it away after a sip.

Horrible experience such bad service i ordered a whopper meal and asked for half onion rings and half fries and barely got anything and when i asked to put more they said thats the size and started rolling their eyes. Literally got 9 fries and 3 onion rings and apparently ... thats the size? And my friend got 2x the fries and onion rings. My friend is indian and im white idk if it has to with race or something but dont come here at all. Read more

If you go to buy something there, double check your food, as customer I trust in the quality of the food provided by this kind of restaurant, I never expect when I open my food for enjoy it find this surprise, actually this is pretty dangerous for me or anybody ... who eat this, I could be poisoned by this sandwich. One recommendation also for people who is working there,care your customers and their health, I am really upset to find this, because is pretty obvious that the mold in the pan means that pan is old, how many items did you put in the food of your customers that already were bad and also, because when I went to buy there you weren’t busy so you must to check the quality of everything always, even if you are busy😡 you should be ashamed for give that food to your customers.
