YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Vancouver, British Columbia

You can’t really go wrong since Yi Fang’s BBT is solid as a chain but the service was awful. The store wasn’t open at 12:30pm or even a few minute after - when I entered after grabbing lunch an hour later, there was no one in sight. After returning after a movie ... the cashier at the front didn’t really care to make any recommendations when asked and was sitting on her iPad. She seemed to be talking to a friend I’m assuming she was FaceTiming with whilst I was ordering which was absurd. I personally don’t care what the cashier is doing when the store is empty but at least try to do your job when a customer is there. Read more

Me and my friend found this store upstair, they had waffles and looked cute, so we decided to order it, the girl who made the waffles (She not in the good mood) told us we need to wait for 20 mins if order waffles and continue to complain her job. ... When she heard us want to order one more, she kindly mad and and said have to wait 30 mins with bad face. She looked like don’t want us to order…their drink is kindly pricey than others, I’m not argue about that, but her customer service make whole store so terrible, not gonna come back for sure. if don’t want to work just quit it don’t show that face to customers, nobody owe u anything. The space here is probably the biggest I've seen compared to all other yifang branches. Staff were really nice and we got to try the new egg waffle thing that came out. It's super chewy and tasty. Usually love getting the winter melon lemon but I went with grape tea ... this time. Would recommend winter melon lemon still. Read more

A very good selection of drinks with or without boba. They tasted so fresh and we really enjoyed it. The staff are super friendly and the service was fairly good. The matcha boba tea was very good, even for someone who is not a fan of matcha.

While coffee may reign supreme in some cities, bubble tea is really pushing the buttons of ardent Vancouverites these days. Recently, YiFang opened up another location of their popular Taiwainese fruit tea shops. This location is upstairs, near the Neptune Palace Seafood restaurant. We’ve been here before and really appreciate their ... fruit teas. On this visit, we ordered the Mango Passionfruit Fruit Tea ($7.25) and the Mango Pomelo Sago Slush ($7.95) which are quite refreshing on a hot summer day… and they came in these cute Doraemon cups.
