A marvellous local business run by a polite couple that offers affordable and flavourful bubble tea with a plethora of options to choose from! I recommend the strawberry or passion fruit cheesecake ice cream bubble tea & the blue bubble gum ice cream bubble tea. They've mastered prepping their pearls ... as they're incredibly soft & sweet. If you are looking for good quality fresh fruit bubble tea at a great price, this is the place to go. The variety of fruits to choose from is amazing, and the drinks tasted good. The bubbles could have been firmer, but perhaps it was just one off night. They have a ... seating area too. Huge selection of endlessly customizable drinks. I heard the person after my order three: fresh dragon fruit, fresh coconut, and jack fruit all with milk and 3/4 sweet slush with pearls. I don’t think the staff said no to any requested combination of flavours.

Cozy mom & pop shop. Best affordable and fresh fruit bubble tea places in the lower mainland. A few times they were closed or started late or left early because they had to buy more fruits because they were sold out. Nice to know they are constantly buying fresh products!
