Usually great, but the service people are honestly rude. Today I ordered my favourite, the Brown Sugar Signature Milk Tea, and the lady didn’t tell me there was no brown sugar until she handed the drink to me. Just milk and pearls. Very disappointing service

i love the strawberry bobo milk and the matcha one,but i recommend ordering them with half sugar or else it might be too sweet.

One of the best bubble tea places I've been to in Vancouver so far. They had a great selection between the refreshing green teas, milks, slushies, and sparklers, and the pearls were five stars. Almost no brown sugar in my drink compared to what the other location gives. It’s just milk with tapioca balls. Staff are very slow too. The location at Landsdowne is much better.

Trying this unique bbt place just soft opening today. As their promotion buy one get one free. Their traditional drink is the brown pearl sugar milk, it's really rich taste and very strong of the brown sugar. That's milk is not 2% milk they use different kind but not sure what it ... was but it's really creamy. Which I like. They stir fried their brown sugar with the pearls that makes it very tasty unlike other bubble tea place. It's reasonable price, for the soft opening Staffs are really friendly and well trained.. I am very satisfy after I try it. I give them 10/10 for the experience and the quality of the taste. I definitely want to try their other drink. Read more
