Love their Tea but opening-closing times are not accurate. Waited outside for 30 min for someone to show up.

The teas here are amazing. The associates are knowledgeable about their tea. They were able to introduce new flavours to me and tell me what ingredients I am smelling. I like how these are not artificially flavoured like their competitors. It's a cozy little place to come enjoy a nice ... cup of tea. Knowing it's in yaletown, everything else does close early, except for the bars and restaurants. Maybe this explains their shorter hours. Read more

One of these stores just opened up in the YMCA and I was anxious to have an option to get a healthy smoothie after working out. When I asked about the nutrients and calories of each of their smoothies the clerk was unable to tell me. They also did not ... have any brochures outlining these things to give me. So I emailed the company to see if they had that information. That was 3 weeks ago. I have yet to be even acknowledged. Very disappointing to open up in a health facility and not be able to provide health information on their products. Even more disappointing is the lack of customer service. Excellent-quality, great-tasting teas and knowledgeable, helpful customer service. There are no unfriendly soy or other additives in the products. The alkalizing tea, made of turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, and chamomile is some of the best wellness tea I've had.

I stumbled into the cafe/store while wandering around Yaletown back in January. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to explain differences between types of tea and the process to make them. I am looking them up to get a refill of Coconut​ Pu'erh when I am back ... in the city at the end of the month.
