Customer service needs A LOT of improvement! Pros: - Bubbletea is good and seem to be consistent with other Sharetea. Cons: - The workers are REALLY slow, I literally watched the new guy move his hands slow-mo, it felt like I was watching a TV show and it was a dramatic scene. I guess ... he's new, and lost I guess... so I pretended to look at my phone as I wait for 10 minutes for my drink... although I was the only one who ordered at the time. - I had a free drink to redeem, but it was only for regular size, I was okay to pay the upcharge of $3 but they said cash only because they don't allow card payments at that cost cause it was too low, since I didn't have cash, they didn't allow me to get the upsize. Jaynar is wonderful host, I went there at 10 pm which is closing time of store they clean all there containers and cups but still they go extra mile and take my order I really appreciate that when host like jaynar goes extra mile to value there customer. Great drink. ... My favorites are Okinawa pearl milk tea and mango green milk tea. Loved it clean and amazing ambiance. Sanitizer available. Over all great place. Read more

Really nice atmosphere with wooden tables. Friendly staff that is happy to customize drinks. Pretty good drinks, had a mango slush with vanilla ice cream and it get a thumbs up. We mainly come becauae of the nice seating here. We will be back for sure.

Another bubble tea joint. However this one has some very unique options and flavors. This location has great seating for hanging out or just somewhere to browse and hang out for awhile. Nice atmosphere and very well decorated.

I ordered the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea with less sugar and it tasted like brown sugar still, unfortunately. My sister had the Taro with fresh milk but it didn't taste like taro at all either. The place is nice and pink though but it's just not my cup of tea.
