The shop looks bright and clean. It is also beautiful filled with the colors of their products. The staff are very nice and informative. I am always tempted to buy their tea samples and matcha tea bottles. Today, I ordered a hot matcha latte. The staff put a lot of ... effort into it, see the video. I also liked the flavor as it was not sweetened like Starbucks. However, it was not hot but only lukewarm. Read more
Tea is great as usual. I always enjoy trying something new! To the guy who was friendly&smiling handing out samples, we need more of you in retail or service! Cant say much for the other girl who was not friendly and seemed annoyed to have to serve me. Unfortunately I ... wont be back, its a turn off to think that your paying good money for something but the experience of it ruins everything Read more
I love David's tea, specially forever nuts blend. The beverages in the store are really good they let you smell the blends. All the cups and thermos that I bought are amazing, and last a lot. The large bags cost around 35 cad (cost less in Costco) and the small ... ones they charge me 9 cad each even when it supossed to be less (that is the only problem that I have). Read more
Store is nice not to spacious but a nice size store and nicely laid out. You can also walk-in from inside Pacific Centre mall as it's right by one of the main entrances. You can buy loose leaf tea blends as well as tea in tea bags. Or can ... order a drink to be made from there shelf selection and take a drink to go. For the various 12 tea sampler options there happened to be a sale and they were mainly tucked away in the corner it coul perhaps have the discount or sale options perhaps put on a table as an alternative option so you could walk around just to make it easier so not crowding the corner were the sale/ deal items were being sold it gets quite crowded when trying to look over the options and sometimes had to wait for someone or make room for others to access the corner. Would come again sadly there aren't any other David's tea locations out towards Surrey so really miss the convenience of having a location closer to where I live but I do enjoy the teas at David's tea and would shop either there again or there online store. There Website does deliver the staff informed me that the delivery takes up to 2 weeks which is nice to know. If anything while in-store I inquired about the website checkout option when trying to use the website I had a gift card for David's tea but didn't see an option on the website to enter a gift card, it just had a promo code option which could be problematic if anyone wanted to use there gift card towards an online purchase thus needing to go into store, they staff refered me to a link on the website about there gift card as an option or to contact the website for assistance but I feel the option to enter a gift card on the website should be readily available upon checkout rather than contacting the website support for assistance. Either way going in-store to see and talk to the staff about the options or even smell the sample they have I feel is much more enjoyable and had a lovely time talking to the staff! Read more

Great collections of teas. Beautiful store. Staff is super friendly. I got Matcha and loved it. I also ordered a drink. Made an error while placing order but staff was kind enough to change it for me.
