Chatime is one of the three for near by bubble tea. The place is quite dirty, with garbage laying around and un-wiped tables. How is it that three completely different drinks (classic pearl tea, matcha latte, taro pudding) taste exactly the same? And that taste is just milk with sugar. We tossed our drinks out because of its over-the-top sugar content (that other reviews also mention) even though we all ordered half-sweet. Staff ... could care less. We keep giving this place a chance because it's one of the very few open late but after more than ten visits over the years, we're sure that any good reviews are likely staff or friends. Don't waste your money, go to CoCo or Happy Lemon or Gongcha or even the OG Bubbleworld. Or make your own at home by dumping sugar in cold milk with food coloring of your choice, it'll still taste better. Read more

The best bubble tea fix company for me. Fast and good service (smile, saying thank you), wide selections, but it may be on the expensive side for others. The important factor for me is the consistency of the product from various locations.

Very fast and efficient location. A bit of confusion but they are very good. Lots of space and it’s busy but they accommodate. Grass jelly mmm roasted milk mmm. It’s not as busy as Richmond and quality is good. Good grass jelly tea ratio. Big chunks of grass jelly.

Very flavourless bubble tea. Compared against all other Bubble Teas in the city this place is below mediocre. Expensive too. Avoid. Go to Bubble World across the street instead.
