This place is on my lunch list! Not only is it gluten free (which can be hard to find for lunch in Gastown) but most stuff either is vegan or can be made vegan! If your looking for a sandwich go with the Veggie Melt! But if you wanna side opt ... for salad, I've yet to taste a soup I like from them. I now have a new favorite coffee spot in Vancouver. My latte was hot and delicious and the cinnamon bun ....oh so good :) The decor mimics it's big Sister the Wallflower:)

Absolutely amazing. Brilliant selection. I had the Vegan Breakfast Sandwich which tasted incredible, best sandwich I've had in a long time with a good bun. I got a lame pizza bagel for $9. Over priced and the ingredients are mediocre. The bagel only had cheese, bacon, marinara sauce, and raw mushrooms in it. Would never go here again! I can get a whole great satisfying brunch meal at other places for $12!

This place is seriously amazing! The sandwiches are super affordable ($5-7), good portions (I can only ever finish half), there's NO GLUTEN in the facility, and the food is delicious. Love the chicken, bacon and cranberry sandwich. You would never guess the focaccia is gluten free! Also, the pumpkin pie tastes ... like my grandmas. Will be back often! Read more
