The Muffin Granny Bakery is one of the original tenants of the Granville Island Public Market..we chose to order their delicious coffee and the Morning Glory Muffins..the muffins were delicious and very tasty..the staff were very friendly..we will be back to try some of the other muffins soon..
Soft, thin, and squishy/chewy crepes here comparable to Dutch Pannekoeken. Had the maple one and it was a nice sweet snack. It's kinda fun to watch them make them fresh to order.
I had the Pear and Brown Sugar Crepé. It was alright. The Crepe seemed that it wasn't yet cooked. The pear slices were cold and crispy. They should have been warmed up before hand with a little butter and brown sugar to make the pear slices a bit softer. It would ... improve the whole experience. They offer pretty good crepes. Dessert crepe with pear and brown sugar is my pick. Decent amount of pear (used to be more) for the price, I just wish they heat up the pear a bit more.
