I recently ordered the spinach and feta quiche as a treat after strolling through the market. While it was a nice indulgence, I was a bit disappointed that it was microwaved and didn’t fully heat through, leaving a few cold bites that weren’t very tasty. Authentic English pastries - tried a Cornish pasty and sausage roll, buttery flaky crust with a well seasoned and textured filling. Whole separate display of different salads and pasta salads, as well as a pastry case filled with cookies, cakes, scones etc. Wide variety of food, friendly staff. I find it hard to give it any more than 2 stars. We were very excited to try the rolls we purchased, the ones that are samosa, tofu, and beef. The taste of all was very monotone. The place looks great, but I can't recommend it given that there are many ... places to get food and snacks from the market. Read more

Got the beef and onion and chicken pot pies. They were both only ok. Little dry, skimpy on meat. The beef was definitely better IMO. Also got a cheese stick and that was the biggest bust. Awful. Possibly other things here I'd like to try, so ... still worth giving it a shot. Read more
