Great food, busy but prompt service. Spicy tofu curry was a medium, a solid medium of 4/10 spice level. Braised beef with rice was soft and juicy. A bit stingy with the rice portion but the pickled vegetables were delicious. Would come again
Many different style of dishes when compared with other Vietnamese restaurants. The calamari is really well fried and yummy, I like the spicy mayo sauce! They added lemon juice with it and makes the sauce less greasy. The pork belly is so soft! I like the texture and goes so well with ... rice. The bun is a little bit disappointed for me. The bun is soft but the seasoning of ginger for the filling is too strong. The taste becomes a bit weird. Read more
OMG! This place is amongst the best Vietnamese places I’ve ever had. Service is very prompt. There could be a wait for you as it is a very busy and popular restaurant but you won’t be waiting for long. Be prepared to wait though! Prices are affordable as well. The only thing ... is some food items on the menu have different names than they usually have at other Vietnamese places. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to other people! Read more
Nice decor with a warm family feel. Good variety in the menu from sandwiches, soups, fried noodles, and rice dishes. Started with the calamari. Lightly battered, crispy and tender. Very nice. All my dishes had subtle delicate flavours. Reminds me of home style cooking. The house special beef noodle soup ... was especially good with generous amounts of beef. Overall food is great. Service is great. Good is unique and has depth of flavour. Only reason this review receives 3 stars is 'cause of dishes are SKYHIGH in price. $8.50 for two spring rolls. Prior to ordering I thought they're long spring rolls, much to my surprise they're these ... dinky little boys. They're fresh, hot and contained a fair amount of filling, but was left underwhelmed.
