Food was delicious😋 We tried going to Jollybees but the line up pretty much went right to the door and there was nowhere to sit, some single ppl were sitting at family tables which was very rude hogging up a big table, was all their own kind in there so I ... walked out! It's been a long time since I've had BK. This was actually the first time I've ate it in Canada. I used to highly regard it. The Whopper, onion rings, and fries used to be on point. I'm not sure if it's Canadian BK or just this branch, but the ... food was absolutely disappointing. The burger was edible but the onion rings were so lackluster I couldn't even force myself to finish it. That was even after a long working day where I didn't have lunch yet. This restaurant seems to place more importance on the delivery of online orders than it does on customers in-store.i stood inline with only 1 guest in front of me. Only 2 people working the whole place. I waited 10 minutes just to order. They don't look up or acknowledge you. ... By the time they started taking orders, 111 people were now inline. I complained about the wait and was told they were short-staffed and I added that's your problem not mine you need to hire more staff. luckily the two burgers came fairly quickly as I didn't order anything else. Cleaning the machine and side shelf with chemical spray All dirty water goes in to veggies and cheese. I told a stuff. But the person didn’t stop. I ordered regular kitchen burger but I got A spicy chicken burger I was hard to eat them too spicy Is this revenge ?

We went there after the bars let out. The food quality was as expected but the restaurant was dirty and had two sleeping people passed out within view of the staff. At one point I thought one of the guys was dead and the staff said they will look into ... it. Luckily the guy was okay. Read more
