I would 100% recommend this place. Food was superb, absolutely delicious! Staff was friendly and caring. I didn’t know THEY HAVE A PATIO so I got takeout!! What a gem in downtown! When I’m in downtown, now I know I can just come here to have healthy, balanced, flavourful foods in a ... patio sitting down. Seriously delicious food, and they have mango lassi, salt lassi, and sweet lassi which is excellent for digestion. Their menu selection is well-rounded, so if you’re worried about spice level and/or hotness - just explain to the staff your preferences and they can help you choose. I bought food to share with my friends who are picky eaters with varying spice preferences, so I got (from left to right) Jeera Aloo (vegetarian - hot), Mulligatwanny soup (vegetarian - completely mild), Mint Tikka (chicken / medium-mild) and of course, roti. Amazing place! Great great price!! Food was beyond expected!!! Service was better then most 5 star boutique restaurants. Seemed family run and you felt like you were at the dinner table with family. I dont like writing bad reviews but I struggle to say much nice about this place. It's an upstairs Indian buffet in an older building that needs an aesthetic refresh. It was mostly empty and the only noise was a television showing the news. I was promptly seated and ... shown the buffet. They have a good number of vegetarian options and a few meat dishes as well as salad and dessert options. The food was not bad from a taste perspective but wasn't warm enough which is a massive pet peeve of mine. Eating luke warm food just isn't good and isn't safe from a health perspective. Very good place. Price is very reasonable. Great, great value. It was my 1st time trying out an Indian buffet, and this was a nice experience to have. I specially loved the butter chicken, and one other dish which I now forgot the name of. Haha. Will absolutely come back ... here. Amazing selections and taste of Indian curry. One missing star out of 5 was they didn’t fill up the desserts. I wanted to eat more puddings and ice creams! Yum!!
