Staff are very nice & take the time to explain the menu. The place has dine-in option however it’s a bit tight or “cozy” if you will. The hand pulled noodles are good, however I found that they lacked that spice and flavour, especially the broth which was disappointing as it’s ... the base of the noodles. The most flavour was in the hot sauce which made the whole experience a lot better for me however if you didn’t like spice then it would be very bland. Noodles were delicious and served quickly. Flavour of the broth here is more savoury and spicy than other lanzhou noodle chains I’ve tried so far (flavour wise, I’d say this is my favourite spot!).
