This is truly a wonderful place. The food is as tasty as it can get. I went two days in a row, and both times, it was extremely delicious. Proper authentic Egyptian cuisine, with fresh and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very familial and cozy as well!

We have been here once before. I decided to give it another chance. The lentil soup was good but not worth $20, The "mind-blowing" chicken sandwich was tasteless and not impressive at all. Great place for authentic Egyptian food in a relaxing atmosphere.. the food is amazingly satisfying and delicious. Must admit their precision to keep the food tasting authentic is the most unique part of the experience. One can immediately realize that upon just tasting the falafels.. which has a thin crust ... outer layer with a more herb infused inside. Moreover, all their dishes are delicately prepared with special attention to every detail and taste. I particularly enjoyed the infusion of herbs like cardamom and coriander, very refreshing. Maha's Brunch came highly recommended. Despite the packed atmosphere, we were seated promptly, albeit feeling a bit neglected initially. The interior exudes an authentic Egyptian vibe, reminiscent of the owners' roots. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including the Cairo Classic and Basturma Scramble, paired with Traditional Turkish Coffee ... and a Honey-Cardamom Latte. Each time I drive by, there's always a long lineup. I finally had the opportunity to visit it one weekend and lined up for approximately an hour. Even though we waited an hour, this was definitely worth the wait. The restaurant was nice and cozy with cute decors all around. I ... ordered their honey cardamon latte and Maha's Mind Blowing Chicken which is a chicken sandwich with an overflowing amount of fillings! My friends ordered the Cairo Classic and Egyptian Scrambled Egg. The food was flavourful and very delicious. The portions were generous and we barely finished the food. I had to pack away the remainder of my chicken sandwich too! The honey cardamon latte was the perfect as I had problems with some lattes as their coffee and milk ratio is off.
