Finally stopped in to try the burger here, was really good. The workers today were just lovely, patient with me while I decided, and while $20 feels abit much for the combo, I can’t deny that it felt worth it. I got the double trouble burger with sweet potato fries. ... Was a delicious meal, and you definitely won’t leave “hangry”. Loved that chipotle dip. Nestled within Hangry Burger is the Treetop Burger. A fully Vegan & Vegetarian Burger joint. Loved the Vegan poutine. Crisp potato fries dunked in vegan gravy and vegan cheese curds, sinfully delicious. The Black bean rapture burger was tasty but nothing so great. Would love to try out their other ... burgers as it’s so nice to find a fully vegetarian vegan restaurant with different burger options apart from Beyond meat. Worth a visit for tasty poutine. I've been here twice and the staff were always friendly. Maybe because I went in off hours, the place was quite empty. Maybe 2-3 tables were occupied. First time it was good. Got the double trouble and that was like an old fashioned burger with pickles, onions and the usual ... fixings. Maybe it was the double patty that made it? Then I discovered Top Gun burgers and came back again and it just doesn't compare. Price wise it's a little cheaper than Top Gun. It's also closer to where some friends who work downtown wanted to meet up. I had the 'feeling blue' (blue cheese - yum, sauteed portobello mushroom - very little an the flavour didn't jump out, crispy onions - could have done without) and it tasted decent but was meager and the beef wasn't very juicy. It was my first time trying this place and the food was pretty fresh in my opinion. The burger was juicy and cooked just perfect, the fries were fresh, and the overall atmosphere was pleasing. A little bit on the expensive side but I'll definitely be coming back regardless.

After the Pub night, my boyfriend and I were still hungry. We went to The Hangry Burger to have small snacks. The Hangry Burger is located Downtown Yonge St Toronto, which is 10 minutes away from our hotel. The restaurant is open late. We arrived the restaurant around 9 pm. ... The restaurant was not busy. There was only one customer in front of us. We’ve ordered the two Hangry Burgers, Poutine, and pop to eat. The food came out fast. The two hangry burgers tasted so-so. They were like a normal homemade burger, but no special tasty and seasonal. The Poutine was my favourite. It was hot and well cooked. The taste was great.
