They have a really good taste, my husband love it the ribs and chicken, the new fried fish is really amazing, for the pastry we recommended obviously a Vanilla Cheesecake, thanks for the amazing service :)

UPDATE: Nov/28/2018: Their experiment with small chickens seems to have vanished. Portions are huge, especially with white meat. An overall decline in sales taught a good lesson. Service is amazing today with attention and smiles all around. And it's quite busy. People lining up for their 11 AM ... opening. A good sign. I ordered the Festive chicken/rib combo. A plate full of food indeed although the ribs could have used a few more minutes of BBQing. My friend took the quarter dark meal and was completely satisfied. Fully accessible from Yonge Street although mobility scooters should be parked on the sidewalk given the limited interior space and angled doors. No problem for wheelchairs or baby carriages. Gained 1 star from last review. *** Previous visit: The food was good. Unfortunately we pretty much had to send flares in the air to be noticed by our server and this was at opening on a Sunday. Not exactly with people lined around the block. Then there is the fact their lower floor is now closed off showing how few customers come to eat. I ordered a beef poutine to go. The fries and the gravy were ok but the beef, which was supposed to be super tasty as they qualify it 'roasted slowly', is actually disgusting ! Moreover the employees were not really nice. I put a second star for the xxl portion.

Swiss Chalet is not my favorite place but since every good food place near Eaton Center was closed I decided to pop in anyway. I got seated quickly and Carlos was our server. I got Pasta with chicken and to my delight it came fairly quick. I ... really enjoyed my meal, it was full of flavor and the bread was crispy and tasty too. All in all a good experience. Read more
