love this bakery, the food is excellent and the bread is delicious for a good price, but the owner is unnecessarily unkind to her staff when they make mistakes. I've been here twice and heard her call out her staff loudly in front of several customers both times, which I ... think is disrespectful and unprofessional, plus its awkward to watch as a patron. she could easily take them aside when no customers are around to provide constructive feedback. The workers themselves are kind and provide excellent service. it's a bummer because its the best bread ive found in the neighbourhood since moving here a year ago, and i love to support a local business, but it's tough when the staff aren't treated with kindness and respect. Great spot to grab a coffee! We had a latte and drip coffee. Can’t wait to come back to try some baked goods. Inside looked cozy and family friendly.

Amazing first experience! Currently sitting in the park eating this - that speaks volumes for how excited I was to write this review! Got a sandwich, croissants, cookies and lattes and they’re all phenomenal. Now the sausage rolls… they’re homemade, in their homemade puff pastry. Got a lot of bakery items and they all tasted stale and a week old. Had to throw out the brownie because it wasn’t edible. Coffee was good though. Place looks nice and customer service was fine. Prices are definitely high for the quality of the food you get. They ... have a lot to choose from but none worthy to buy. Quality > Quantity. Read more
