Terrible and disappointing service. Ordered from their broken online ordering system. After an hour and a half, I called to inquire about the food only to be bounced between the store and head off. Despite ordering the food for delivery, there's no deliveries from our local location. Took two weeks ... to get my refund from Paypal; they didn't even have the courtesy to refund me without having to escalate and submit a claim. Will not order from the again. Read more

The food is fine, if you can manage to get it. Their online ordering system is badly broken. It will take your money just fine, but never send the order to the restaurant until you call to complain. They've known for months and clearly don't care enough to fix or ... disable it. Read more

This is probably some of the worst food I have had lol. The Thai basil noodles had gone bad and smelled sour. The cashew vegetables had no flavor.. I took a bite and thought...oh a slightly soft carrot...a broccoli...how is that possible?!? the devil tofu tasted like it was ... coated with some strange ketchup mix... and not a single holy basil leaf in sight. We ordered 2 dishes with BASIL in the name. This is not Thai food. It's gross. Please change your restaurant name. Read more

We ordered through Uber and the food was promptly delivered as promised. Had the basil eggplant and cocnut rice. Very very delicious! Perfect amount of spice. That coconut rice was EVERYTHING!!! Soo good. Friend ordered the chicken and green veggies.... loved it. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered almost $40 worth of food. Food never arrived. Kept telling me it was on the way every time I called. After 90 minutes I gave up and asked for a refund since I never got any food. It's been 4 months of leaving voicemails and sending emails. No one ... ever responds. Had to go in in person and still nothing. Very disappointed and shady. There's never a manager around either.
