Wing’N it - St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

It was very very dissapointing. The service was awful. Our waitress was rude and not attentive. We waited all night for refills and when we asked for anything it felt like we were inconveniencing her. Our food was cold, Not just surface cold but cold right through. Told the waitress ... and didn’t even get an apology but after some awkward silence she said she would heat it up for us in the microwave but when it came back it was just hot in some places and still cold in others. I didn’t eat it because it was just gross, and my husband picked at it out of hunger. The waitress never did come back to ask if it was ok. We never got asked if our meals were satisfactory and never got any form of apology. I’m sure she noticed when we did not want a box to take home our “leftovers” when we didn’t eat it. We went during the dinner rush so it was busy and loud, and may have affected our visit. Unfortunately met with seemingly a very upset server who did not have the patience for questions, and she didn't even give us forks. Our food came, it was super cold and it was ... the wrong order. The waitress did not believe us when we said it wasn't the right one till we went over our entire order. It left us feeling like a burden, and safe to say we won't be back. Read more

Me & my brother went for the Wing Sampler Platter. The flavors we ordered was Warp One, Wingman, Control Tower & Mighty Dragon. The wings were amazing. Always loved them! The only complaint I have, are the servers. Once we received our order, they didn't come back. We needed more water, but ... the servers just kept walking past us without a glance. After what felt like forever, someone finally came to our table and asked if we wanted dessert. I kindly said "No were good. But can we have some water?" We even ate all the ice in our cups because we got tired of waiting. If they weren't serving customers, they basically hung around the bar chatting. Food was amazing! But the service needs work. Wing'n It never disappoints with food! The wings were delicious, as well as the fries. I enjoyed my time there. However, the service could be a bit better. I had amazing dinner in here! Teriyaki duck was pretty good and chicken wing was perfect for beer. We had Roger victor wiskey, Amelia Earthart, Fireball and Blue bomber.
