I've been eating here for years, and I have literally never been let down by quality or flavour! So yummy, such awesome prices!

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars if that was an option. Went there at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon and they only had two items from the menu remaining. So my question is why are you open until 5:00 p.m. when you don't have anything advertised ... to sell? PATHETIC! The lady at the counter with a nose piercing was extremely rude as well. Will NEVER be returning to this pathetic and sorry excuse of a restaurant. I would recommend others to AVOID this place as well. Read more

The food tastes great and service is usually fast. However, I have noticed recently they've started skimping down on the ingredients. I just bought one yesterday and the cucumber spices are thinner and the pork slices were either thinner or there was one less slice. I'm not sure. I love ... this place but I'd rather a slight price increase than less ingredients even though they have bumped up prices and still less ingredients. Read more

Great staff and very tasty Grilled pork banh mi. Everything from the fresh bread, vegetables and grilled pork was awesome. Definitely worth a stop at Franky's.

Ordered the Chicken Banh Mi which was excellent. The peanuts and the spicy sauce they used was what set it apart from Red Pepper. 10/10 would come back.
