It happened today. It was my first time here and it was terrible. Firstly, when I was waiting in the line, I saw a hair in another customer's pot and I told the waiter. They seems not happy and did not say even a word to me. When I order, I ... said it is my first time here, i don't know how to order. Should I just order the pasta and four vegi? (I saw it should be 7.19$ on the poster)The waiter said yes. I ordered pasta and 4 vegi ,then the waiter asked 'tomato sauce?' I said yes. I thought the three sauces over there are all optional so I said can I also have a little bit the white sauce? She give me about 1/5 of one ladle of that white sarce. When I pay it, she was chargeing me 16 +$, I askd why it is not 7.19$. She said because I add one more sauce. It becomes another meal. I said which meal chould you point it out to me?The waiter did not point any. I said you should tell me if it will generate an extra charge.The waiter said but you did not ask me??What??? Pizza tastes frozen, bland and boring. There’s no excitement to it. The prices are the same as any other place would charge for a large pie. Customer service was very good when I went here in the morning.

So. This was ten minutes ago. My friend and I were in line and where was only one person in front of us and it still over 10 minutes for her to serve my friend who was in front of me. She wasn't wearing any gloves or hair nets and touching everything; ... her hair, the meats, the pizza dough. Every. Freaking. Thing. My friend found a hair food. That's just nasty . Asides from that she had terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst. After taking 15 to serve my friend the lady went and asked the lady behind me what she wanted. I didn't say anything about it because I thought that she thought I was with my friend instead of ordering. So I separate away from her a bit and went to stand closer to the ordering area. The lasagna is just layers of noodles with nothing in between, a bit of sauce and tiny amounts of mozzarella. All in all, it tastes like Chef Boyardee.

Worst italian food ever. The menu showed ricotta in the lasagna, what I got was noodles and sauce with a tiny bit of mozzarella on top. Tasted like alphagetti. Caesar salad was tasteless and had fake bacon bits. Pretty much inedible, and for $10.
