Ordered the family pack and used a coupon which saved us $20! Coupon is for pick up; plenty-o-tasty large crunchy fish, pretty darn good coleslaw(could have used more), and the fries were excellent. I'm a regular customer from Saskatoon since 2016. I recently experienced a very rude server named "LISA". Throughout my visit, she displayed a consistently rude and dismissive attitude. She seemed disinterested in assisting me even after waiting for 55 minutes for my order. When I asked about it She was ... annoyed by my inquiries. Her demeanor was unprofessional and discourteous. As someone who values good customer service, I found this encounter extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Customers should feel welcomed and valued when dining at your restaurant. Read more

I always enjoy going here. Staff is excellent right on par. Always willing to help out, offering refills and drinks as soon as they see it that you're out. Food came very fast but I find the fish to be a little skinny side. It's very long but very thick. ... The atmosphere there is a little outdated but the place was packed like always.think it has to do something with the staff. Very friendly and outgoing only had the fish and chips. Ordered the 2 piece fish 🐟 & chips, and 1 Joey's combo with white & wild rice pilaf, and fresh seasonal vegetables. Placed the order on their website and picked up on the Worobetz location. It said to pick up 15 minutes. When we got there on that exact time ... that was given, I still had to wait 12-15 more minutes. Finally they had our dinner ready. So, the service wasn't so great. The food made up for the wait though. Crispy fish, fresh homemade fries, steamed broccoli 🥦 😋 👌 and mixed rice was delicious! Popcorn 🍤 was 👌. I tried the coleslaw and it was alright. Ordered fish and chips, chips are really few. We tried to ask for a little bit more but there’s a charge. So instead of getting another fries I ordered sweet potato and I’ll just pay extra. I received crispy burnt sweet potato 👏
