This location made a mistake on my order and I called them about it and they said the missing items would be sent right out. Never received the missing items. I contacted corporate and they had someone from the store reach out to me by email saying they wanted to ... make it right and offer me some compensation. I reached out to the person who emailed me about a month later when I wanted to give them another chance and have not heard back. That was about a month ago. Absolutely terrible customer service. Food is what you’d expect for fast-food pizza. Issue here is the kitchen staff. Every single time I’ve ordered they’ve gotten my sauce wrong, missed at least 1 topping, and wrong drink. I get that mistakes happen, but the same mistakes happening across multiple instances is a sign of pure ignorance ... and lack of competence.
