In previous years I have avoided this franchise, but lately I’ve been impressed with their pizza, it’s become a weekly stop! Something has changed for the better!

I ordered from the Canarama location. What can I say. I love Family Pizza. Back in the earlier days they weren't that good but since have improved immensely. And the rewards program is awesome. Who can say no to free pizzas. Every year on my birthday I get two ... small pizzas just for being a rewards member. Purchase pizzas and receive points for more free pizzas. My dad got food poisoning on Monday night from here. He said a piece of the meat tasted tainted and he threw it out. 6 hours later he was sick. I called the next morning to ask if anyone else had called about food poisoning and I was dismissed and ... they sounded appalled that I'd even called. I was only calling so they could check their food to ensure nobody else gets sick but I was not met with any help. Just told that it wasn't possible. Everything tasted great. Order came quickly and correct. Only advice is if you order a large taco pizza you may as well order a medium cause the first 3 inches of the large all the way around is just raw dough.
