A&W on Preston Ave - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. The hours posted on Google Maps says they open at 9:30am but they didn’t open until 10:00am. I arrived around 9:45am and had to wait. I ordered the breakfast wrap with a hash brown and coffee. The lady who took my order was friendly and ... provided me with an approximate wait time which I appreciated! Onion rings were like... I don't even know. I think hours old then heated up on the griddle before giving to me? Worst garbage I've ever been served.

I just visited A & W (Market Mall location) and I am extremely happy with the service provided to us. Around 2 pm, I was in A & W line up and just saw a girl wearing tie working really hard and smart. I think she was the only person ... who was working at that time. So, she was taking and making the orders at the same time. I got really impressed because she was so calm and she was giving exceptional customer service during the busy time as well. When I was giving the order, she guided me with the menu which helped me to decide the perfect lunch for me and my kid. Moreover, the food was really delicious and fresh which made my day. Before leaving the food court, I went up to her to appreciate her and I also asked her name so that I can make sure that she gets the appreciation from A & W for all the exceptional work she was doing. When one thinks of a teen burger, one thinks of a thick, juicy burger with delicious fresh fries. And that's not what you get here. The bun was so dry it was crumbling when I picked up the burger. If the bun was left on the counter for only an hour, ... I'm sure it could have been used for breadcrumbs. The meat was thin, dry, and cooked to death. And the tomato was so unripe it was white and hard. The fries? They just won by default. If I had had them on their own, I would have taken them back.
