If I could give a zero star I would. First off, the staff is rude and don't listen to what you order. My order is wrong more often than it is right. Second, while I appreciate friendship between coworkers, should their focus not be on customers first? They're always ... too busy giggling and fooling around instead of providing FAST-food. Renee was the absolute best worker - she brought such joy to my day when I would come in and see she was working. Where did she go? Also, you cannot find a seat because these groups of men come at 10 a.m. and stay all day. Good luck sitting inside. Then, if you do find a seat, the table looks like it has never been washed since the place opened. The only reason this place is getting one star is for convenience sake. It's the one closest to where I live, but I have driven the extra 5 minutes to go to another location when I didn't want to deal with the staff at this location. Something needs to change. Read more

I heard this place got new owners and immediately fired long time employee (30+ year tenure) because she has special needs. I frequented this location for years and was always happy to see her. She excelled at her job and really cared for the customers. She even knew me by ... name! Absolute disgrace to humanity. I wont be attending this place anymore. Over the years Tim Hortons has changed not for the better. I live across the street from this location and I like to go here for, coffee, donuts or a lunch. Over the years the service has gotten worse and worse. It used to be a clean location the staff ... always kept the tables clean and the staff in the past was friendly. The last 5 or 6 times I have been here the staff was not friendly at all as well there are never any clean tables anymore. Every time I go there I have had to ask the staff to please clean a table for me to sit at. Over the years the food has also declined. I have been going to Tim Hortons since I was a 5 year old hockey player growing up in BC this was the 1970’s and 80’s yes I’m old. It used to be great it was such a clean restaurant they took pride in their work and the food was all fresh even the donuts were freshly made not from frozen dough like they do now. The food is still ok just not as good as it used to be. I still really like the chili but I miss when you used to get the chili served in a sour dough bread bowl. It was great you could eat the bowl. Also over the years their donut selection as declined too like everything else. So for me Tim Horton’s used to be a great place to go to but now it’s just ok definitely not great! Read more

If you haven't tried the rice bowls at Tim Hortons, you should put them on your bucket list if you're into this kind of food. I have tried the Harbonara Chicken Rice Bowls with grilled chicken and chicken tenders and both were delicious. No matter you are alone or with other female friends, the customers of this café observe you while in the line or sitting. They might even turn back to you to catch a better look.
