Got my order wrong again. Inconvenience of bathrooms not being available until after 7am most likely due to homeless in the area. Inconvenience to costumers and HUMAN decency for people to use bathroom at a certain time.

This is the normal Iced Cap Large size which I ordered today. And this one which I got. I am a frequent visitor of this store. According to policy ice cap should be filled till 5 th line and then blended for 10 seconds which makes it perfect. This one I ... got to know when I asked one of the employees who is working some else location. But she didn't even blend it properly. This is 4th or 5th time happened the same thing. Suggest 22nd Street Tim or Betts Avenue near the location. Don't waste money over here. Read more

the staff are so nice, and always make sure your drinks are right. I come here pretty much every day, and not once have they messed up my order. And the Employee working tonight was so sweet to me, and gave me a donut on the house because they didn’t ... have the pastry i wanted. so amazing how such a little act of kindness can really brighten up your whole day!
