I went today in the drive-through for some breakfast, and I asked for a plain bagel with sausage bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato and when I opened it they didn't put lettuce or tomato and when I tried it I could taste the eggshell. Went to this Tim Hortons location today. Ordered 2 Tiramasu cold brews with light ice. Got the cups half full and the employee working the window said it’s because we ordered light ice. Asked her to fix that because I always order light ice and never have gotten a cup ... half empty. Got the cups back full and they taste watered down. It’s sad this is how pathetic Tim Hortons has gotten. If you go to Starbucks and ask for light ice, they don’t hand you a cup half full or try to charge for more. If it’s a $4 speciality coffee, it should be done right. Retrain the employees at your location because I will definitely not be returning to this location after today. Never more then a few minutes, they're quick and its always worth coming here.. Even bowls/sandwiches are just as fast as a single cup of coffee is and staff is still always friendly everytime. Best Tim Hortons in Saskatoon. Sweet Chilli Chicken bowl is the greatest from there.👍👍

Bagel has too much cream cheese Not spread evenly, like it should be My drink wasn't filled up all the way Management need to be watching these things

Great variety of freshly baked items, friendly staff and the area is clean most of the times. Highly recommended
