I’m so done with this location! Either your order is wrong or they miss something, then today I order a breakfast box at 7:30 am to be told by the manager the eggs aren’t ready, it will be 45 sec, no problem right! I sit at the window waiting and ... he says to me did you want a different sandwich? I thought you didn’t want the order and cancelled it. How can this gentleman be a manager!! I was very surprised at how amazing the customer service was (you never know with Tim Hortons…). From speaking to someone on the intercom to the window picking up my food - super duper friendly staff! The food (farmer’s breakfast wrap) and the coffee was very good as well. Literally the worst Tim's in the city by far, would give a 0 if I could. Coffee tastes like water, card scanners hardly ever work, something will always be wrong with your order 100% of the time, raising costs for less food, such an utter joke of a company. Very efficient, a little to fast going through customers though. I didn't feel like I was being taken care of properly. Although by the time I got to work and took my donut out of the bag all the icing on top was stuck to the bag and my donut was ... dry. My ice capp wasn't full & I had go finish mixing it myself; my drink is usually never an issue, until today. And the extra large coffee & tea I got were given to me in LARGE cups. I wasn't able to get their attention to switch it, so I just left with them and took the loss. Read more

Good place to grab a quick snack with coffee. Love their everything bagel with creamcheese and cheese drilled sandwich... i also get egg and cheese breakfast sandwich sometimes which is not bad! .... double double on the go or ice capp also works for me!
