Starbucks - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Its a typical starbucks, the employees are always pleasant to deal with. Once I even had 1 Safeway item I was grabbing, I was going to go through self checkout but they insisted on running it through with my drink to save me a transaction.

I along with my husband come to this location all the way from the east side just to be served by Faith. She has great customer service and makes me the perfect drinks every time I come. Although I come here a few times and the workers are on their phones ... or too busy chatting with each other. Other than that I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get front of the line good coffee with great service , the other staff are great too! 5 stars for Faith and the company. Drinks are made well but it seems that they have a very poor training system. I witnessed Faith slam a recipe book on the counter for a girl who was in-training and walk away. The girl was clearly new but it seemed she kept being left alone by her fellow ... coworker and struggling without any help. 5 stars for her for doing her best but -1 star for Faith Read more

I use the one downtown on 2nd. Again if I can avoid standard office hour break time. EXCELLENT service, great coffee, fantastic pastries (especially at Christmas) A bit pricier but we'll worth every penny on a cold winter's evening when you feel like a warm treat, like gingerbread!

By far the worst Starbucks in Saskatoon! Rude off the hook baristas and an absolutely disgusting dirty kiosk. The back of there espresso machine was awful, id hate to see the hidden places. Jacqueline needs a new job & attitude; to stay at home on her "bad days" as she's ... completely unstable.
