They made us wait 55 minutes for our food to be picked up after they told us (over the phone) that the wait was 30 minutes. When we arrived they told us 5 more minutes every time we asked. It’s unfortunate because my family really enjoyed this place a couple ... years ago. From the moment we step to the place you can feel the simple & clean vibes. The staff immediately acknowledge us and guide us to our seats. The food!!! Absolutely amazing. Got the pho and the vegetable rolls. Overall, I think the food was just okay for me. But the service was good and the environment was clean. Price was also very reasonable

Pros: A good place to have dine in with your family, I gave 2 stars for this location because its convenient to go from down to to 8th street and the have free parking, and the spring rolls was good. Cons: Took for awhile for them to serve our food. It's ... just not fast compared to down Thein.
