I used to go here a lot and recommended it to friends but lately the service has gotten quite bad. Told the server that my son has a sesame allergy as it is one of their main ingredients to which they said they wont add it but every dish they ... brought out had sesame oil in it. Gave them another shot just recently and it doesnt create a nice atmosphere hearing some one huck a lugi (about 3 to 4 times)in the kitchen. Food was ok. Read more
Really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere inside is just so nice and homely. I highly suggest dropping by for lunch for the extra bowl of soup that comes with all lunch meals. Will definitely be back.
This place is a must for Chinese food. We were searching around places for places to eat that we have never tried. Found this little treasure. It is right beside a very popular restraunt in the city and the other one was closed so we tried this one out. It ... may not be the most posh restruants in the city as soon as you come in the door. You are quickly seated and give a menu. There is a bit of a language barrier but it was soon over come. We ordered for 4 people, not knowing really what it was. The waitress soon came over and helped us out or we would have gone home with half the kitchen. The food that came was LOTS. It was hot, fresh and delicious. I would recommend the fish with noodles, the shrimp mixture, the hot and sour soup (spot on). Will be coming back for more. Read more
Pretty authentic szechwan and other Chinese foods. The dumplings in the won ton soup were very tasty but otherwise it is vegetables with a nice broth that could use a little sesame oil. The squid tentacles were a little tough and we thought there was supposed to be ginger ... in it. The mapo tofu was served hot and had the distinctive szechwan pepper flavor. Pretty simple decor but definitely a place you go for the food. Read more
Pros: Tasty and authentic Chinese dishes. Price is very fair, not mention that they have lunch specials and daily specials! Very friendly owner. Service is usually quick. Cons: Sometimes the cooking could be careless, but I've never had diarrhoea after(let's put it this way).
