Went back and tried them again and had a very delicious combination noodle bowl. The other items on the menu looked tasty. I will definitely have to go back.

Today I went to go for lunch at Sawadee Bistro. To my surprise, ownership had changed in August, and this has been the new restaurant ever since. A comment suggested a small menu as a bad thing, I will have to politely disagree with the comment as I am a ... big fan of the shortened menu. It's composed of the more popular dishes, and the smaller menu allows fresher ingredients, and higher quality of items! I had the chicken salad rolls that came with a wonderful ginger - peanut sauce, as well as the Special Beef Noodle Soup (Pho). I'm not sure how to comment properly on the different aspects of the dish, but the sprouts were crispy, the beef tender and the broth delicious! The owner, who's name is Patrick, came out and talked to our table for a minute or two, and told us about the recent renovations as well as hiring on a new chef (in my opinion was a great selection on both accounts).
