Ordered some noodle bowls and spring rolls for delivery. Very disappointed in the meat in the noodle bowls as it was super tough and dry with little flavour. The spring rolls were extremely greasy and didn’t taste good because of that. 2.5/5 stars for the sizeable portion with fresh vegetables ... (1 noodle bowl is definitely two meals, and green bell peppers were a nice addition), but -2.5 stars because of the poor quality and greasy spring rolls and tough meat. Dropped in around 6pm on Sunday. It was our first visit. The food was quickly served and delicious. The wonton soup had big chunks of vegetables and shrimp, with very tasty broth. The spring rolls were bigger than expected, 5 per serving. The ginger beef was served sizzling hot. The ... server (owner?) was relaxed and friendly, and advised on the size of our order. He was spot on... we ate absolutely everything and were more than satiated. We didn't try much of the menu as it was just a quick bite, but now that I know where it is, it's on my "to frequent" list. For the first time in 11 years of working on broadway I tried the special from Norms. I’ve always heard that the noodle bowls are great but the service is terrible...I will safely say that I enjoyed both.
