Food was good. Not out of this world or anything, but it was tasty and satisfactory. The lettuce wraps are delish. Service was great and patio was nice. The bathrooms are beautiful and have full doors to the floor on every stall, it was a shame I didn't have to ... use them. They have a full makeup vanity area with a chair, which would be great if you were there for an event. Overall, I would go again. Read more

Moxie's is the best option for 8th Street. I cooked there before the pandemic, and they do really well with standards and etiquette. It's probably the best in Saskatoon, IMO. The food is diverse and refined. They use current dishes that change with the season and that are created by a ... chef in Calgary, not too far away. I stopped by recently and had a couple of espresso martinis, and they were perfectly made with nicely chilled ingredients and light, rich foam. It's been a while since I've been to Moxies. Years ago I remember looking at the menu and skipping past since I didn't see what I was looking for: vegan and gluten free options. So I went somewhere else. However, I checked the menu out again recently and noticed they ... added a plant based section with vegan options. And some of these are already, or can be gluten free as well. They're very accommodating here with allergies and preferences such as vegan options and I'm so happy about this. It's a great place to go if you're gathering with a group, everyone will be happy and feel included coming here, lots of variety. We tried all of the vegan options they had to offer and they were all very good! They also have a separate gluten free fryer, which most restaurants don't have. The dishes we tried were: Vegan smashed avocado dip, sweet potato fries with the spicy vegan mayo instead of garlic dip, vegan tofu lettuce wraps, beyond meat burger with fries, vegan thai curry laksa, and the vegetarian power bowl which can be made vegan if you just take away the egg. Personal faves: sweet potato fries w/spicy mayo, vegan smashed avocado dip, vegan tofu lettuce wraps and the vegan thai curry laksa. Read more
