Just worst experience, I enter in the drive thru lane and took me all the way to window, we missed the speaker where they take order . I went to this time horton very first time, and I had told on window that I did not find the ordering board ... so can you please take order here, that window server said No, I am like “okay” if you can’t take on window then I probably need to go all the way to idylwyld drive and come back then she call her manager/supervisor name DIMPLE or DIVYA i think, i request her too that sorry we didn’t find speaker to order, she said no we cannot take order here, you need to go back and come again. They can understand right??? They have option to Break in on till and take order. I had the displeasure of visiting this coffee shop drive-through recently, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First off, the staff were about as welcoming as a cold cup of coffee left out in the rain. Not only were they rude, but ... they seemed to be in such a hurry to get rid of me that they didn't even bother asking if I wanted any dipping sauce with my order. To top it off, when I realized they forgot to include the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with my potatoes and veggies, they had the audacity to tell me I had to go back around in the queue just to get it. Seriously? I've never encountered such laziness and incompetence in customer service. It's clear that this coffee shop cares more about pushing customers through their drive-through as quickly as possible than actually providing a decent experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other coffee shops out there that actually value their customers and know how to treat them with respect. My frequent visits to Tim Hortons Idylwyld location have usually been okay, but today's experience was disappointing. As usual, we ordered our coffee and potato wedges through the drive-thru, but the staff member taking our order seemed rushed and didn't inquire about our choice of dipping sauce. When we requested ... the sauce at the window, the staff's response was abrupt and unfriendly, insisting we circle back through the snow to reorder. Despite our attempts to explain our concern, they engaged in a 10-minute argument without attempting to understand our perspective. This level of service is unprecedented in all my experiences across Saskatchewan. Read more

Employees should ask themselves “would I eat this?” If the answer is no, don’t bag it up and send it out the drive through. Terrible experience, ordered a BLT bagel, it was charred black - completely inedible. Called to notify, employee who answered the phone had no interest in making ... it right, said I would need proof - here it is, see attached photo. Read more
