Scary location. Just wanted nuggets and had to put up with aggressive panhandling. If I was alone no problem. However I had my grand daughter. The manager looked right at us and still no service. The Indian cashier who was serving us inside was really disrespectful. She yelled at my mom, saying, "THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING," when she only asked her to repeat her order. She has no respect for older people or customers. She also rushed us when there’s no customers or cars in ... the drive thru. She also handed us the wrong bread—a bagel was meant to be given—forgot to cancel the mango drink we told her about, and has no idea what the best-selling item is. Since I had a $1 offer. I'm so tired of this location. Shut it down, close it, end it. The ENTIRE staff is completely incompetent. The second window might as well be their main window. Where is management and why aren't the managing?? Orders are wrong. Wait 10 minute wait time for coffee?? And believe me ... when I say, it has been like this for a LONG time! But maybe people are letting it slide to much and too often because this is an absolute embarrassment of an establishment! You know your rush hours but you have NOTHING ready? Nothing prepared? The food quality was really bad. It didn’t taste as it is usually. There very quality/taste issues in the whole meal. Quantity of mayo and lettuce was extremely high and whole burger was scattered. I didn’t went back because i went to far away and i will never go again ... here. Please teach your early morning drive threw people how to greet the customers at least reply to customers thank you instead of closing windows on the face.
