I like eating the Cheeseburger meal deal at Dairy Queen. You get a Cheeseburger and fries, a drink and a sundae for to top off the delish, meal.

First, we come in. Kids screaming and running around. Then we wait like 15 minutes for them to take our order. We get our food and sit down. Ants crawling on our table and the walls. Then I over heard a family saying the toilet overfilled. And the restaurant smelt ... really bad. Also the toilet wasn’t the only thing overfilled, the garbage was and there was garbage everywhere. Normally I am very pleased with this location until tonight. I ordered two Oreo cupfections and I watched the employee making them go into the fridge, take out the brownie pieces break them apart and put them into the ice cream, no tongs, no gloves, just her bare hands. I ... asked to speak to the manager who told me it was ok to do it this way as they wash their hands regularly. I stated she’s touching the register, the counters, the ice cream machine, and my food! I said she should be wearing disposable gloves or using wax paper sheets to touch the food, she told me I was wrong, I stated well I’ll call the health inspector tomorrow and we will see who is wrong, no apology, simply said we will make you new ones, funny how the manager and two other employees put gloves on immediately. Absolutely disgusting your employees are touching everything in the store and also touching customers food with their bare hands. I will be calling the health inspector and DQ’s head office. I am coming this Dq very frequently. Today, I visited this location to buy fries and blizzard. Instead of paying cash I prefer to use my points but attendant (Vishwas as written on receipt) over there refuse to redeem my points and talked very rudely. She even took my phone ... to check my points and question me about that. That was so bizarre. I never had this type of customer experience. Hope I could give less than one star. Read more

I would only recommend this location to someone who has extremely low standards. The staff are rude and the restaurant is not clean. Staff go from working the cash till to preparing ice cream without washing hands or wearing gloves. I've seen them wipe ice cream machines and counter ... space to prepare ice cream sundaes with dirty clothes. The sundaes we got today hardly had ice cream in them, had to ask for it to be filled and the Skor Cupfection didn't have any brownies in it. Total rip off!
