I recently visited Montana's on Betts and had an outstanding dining experience! Our server, Alliyah, was fantastic - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations and ensured our glasses were always full. We started with the Spinach Dip, which was creamy and flavorful, served with crispy pita ... bread. It was a great choice! For our main course, we ordered the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and it was mouthwateringly good! The chicken was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned, with a crispy exterior. The portion was generous, and we left feeling satisfied. Overall, Montana's on Betts exceeded our expectations. Alliyah's exceptional service and the delicious food made for a wonderful evening out. Came for a quick supper. Seated immediately. Server came and took drink order. Drinks on table within minutes. Took food order and food was out in about 15 minutes . Server was very attentive. Bad service, food cold. Simply not up to standard of other Montanas. Have went 2-3 times here on different occasions. Disappointed each time. Server saw us two times, to get our order and then deliver our food (drinks and food same time) overcooked steak, did not give standard amount of wraps ... for fajitas (we go to other montana’s locations often), wings cold, ribs cold, fries not cooked all the way.
