The food is very good but they are really lacking for gluten free choices. I went for a party and ended up leaving a bit hungry because I just barely had any options. Only 1 appetizer option. Bit of an unfortunate experience here. Service started well, and the atmosphere was nice. As the night went on it quickly degraded. Every trip to the bathroom people were quite openly smoking or doing drugs. We settled up and paid our bill then decided to play pool. We ordered a few more ... drinks and noticed steak on our bill. Our server was apologetic and refunded us but, genuinely based on her reaction she knew what she was doing. How would food get into a tab with two beers. Sad attempt to scam drunk customers. The service and food were top notch. Had a great whiskey and bourbon menu to choose from too. They were good with trying to accommodate gluten-free and vegan options. Really fun place with a big group!

It’s another exceptional beer & food experience at Congress. Professional treatment with clear cohesion between staff on this wing night Sunday. Specials get us in the door and the kitchen consistency keeps us coming back. Could be the top overall kitchen+bar of this type in Sask.

Visited couple times only and i wish it was more. Great friendly staff, awesome food and really good atmosphere. It’s nice to go have local owners who take care of their customers and employees.
