The one older women here treats you like absolute trash and makes you feel unwelcome from the get-go. There was no policing of the shoe station, so my pair ended up being mixed with strangers shoes and ultimately damaged. She consistently was staring at my party, as though we were ... about to start a disturbance and at one point told us that we were very lucky to be able to play here tonight since they were very booked up. Mind you we were there for over an hour and by the end, only 4 of the 20 lanes were occupied. Overall I would absolutely NOT recommend. She also came to scream at us for trying to keep our belonging safe and called us a liar when we proceeded to explain the situation. See below for edit after response from company. We were met with hostility before we had said a word and told we were lucky to be there. She is claiming these to make herself and the business look better like they have done with every other less then perfect review. We started polite and matched attitudes as we felt is necessary to keep ourselves safe in her presence. Read more
