Staff is very rude, dont need to hear her sigh, after she asks to refill our pop. also dont need to see the cook standing outside his kitchen. oogopojo burger was very tasteless. seating for 4 and she managed to screw up our orders, my spouse got fish n chips ... instead of what she ordered...the ogopojoe. Also watched a elderly lady walk out after waiting over ten minutes and we were the only table in there. first and last time we eat here...No tip left but you get a review for google, compliments from RSAI. Avoid. You're better off buying some frozen Captain Highliner from Safeway and cooking it at home. Fish was bland. Coleslaw was awful. They couldn't even cook fries right. Service was awkward and abysmal. One of the cooks stared at us from outside while he was smoking.......gross........ 1/10 would definitely not recommend.

Ordered fish and chips. The 'fillet' was more of a long narrow sliver but it was cooked well. The fries were adequate and the coleslaw was tasty. However, there is absolutely no way that one slim piece of fish and a handful of chips was worth $12 The waitress was not particularly friendly ... nor helpful. My experience here was not up to par. The waitress was always in a hurry, didn't seem to care for our questions about the food items on the menu. The cook was swearing and yelling in the back, so our food wasn't very good either due to the cook being ... angry. I ordered the crab and shrimp. The shrimp was good but my crab was so dry it was disgusting. The only thing that was decent about it was the waitress giving me something else to eat and taking off the crab from our bill. All in all I will never be going back to the North Albert location, and I do not recommend it for anyone. If you want good service go to the East location, never have had any troubles there and the food is always good and the service as well. Read more

Our server was such a delight! The food was good. Usually my fear with battered fish is it being very greasy. I did not experience this here. Highly recommend
