Horible restaurant, no wonder we were the only people there!

I was just there on March 23, 2015 with my family (4 adults and two kids) we received the worst service from the waitress, from the moment we walked through the door she made it clear that she did not want to be there and did not want to service ... us, took 10 minutes to just get a coffee (there was only one other table of people in the restaurant), then after we finally got our meal, we found Ants in the syrup, two of them were still alive and moving. I had to go and hunt down the waitress, this took 15 minutes. I even went into the kitchen and there was no one in there, not even a cook. We could have left and no one would have known but we stayed. Then when the waitress finally came out from her smoke break, I pointed out the ants in the syrup. She grabbed the bottle from me and said I'll grab you a new one and ran off. When she came back I said that she was misunderstood, none of us wanted to finish our food and we would like the situation taken care off, she then said in a horrible sarcastic tone for me to calm down and relax that she had called the manager and he will deal with it when he arrives and stormed off again. I tried to find her but of course she disappeared again. My brother-in-law went and hunted her down and the best she could do was take off the meal that had the syrup on it. She did not once apologize for it, did nothing to make the situation better, did nothing to try and make the situation better. I have never had such horrible service and attitude given to me by a waitress over something like this. I will never again eat at a Humpty's restaurant again. Read more

Boy has this chain gone downhill. Everything is deep fried and they can't cook an egg to order to save their life, unless you like them completely over cooked.
