Just like so many people mentioned here the hotel needs renovation, beds, bathroom and armchairs are all worn out/in pretty bad condition. No exhaust fan, no lotions in bathroom, conditioner wash are just so harsh on your hair and skin. Clean linen and towels(smaller in size), small pillows, bring your own ... toiletries and pillows depending on your preferences. Location is so far the only positive point about this hotel, walking distance to old Quebec and all other scenic points, restaurants etc and saves you Aarya bunch of time in travel. It was very bad. The room I paid $180 for wasn't worth it. Very old. It hasn't been updated for a long time, the air conditioner is very loud. The bathroom is dirty. The smell in the room was bad. I asked at the reception to pay extra and change ... the room, which I was refused (the hotel was completely busy) then I asked to send someone to the room and correct the smell and clean up. My request was not fulfilled. The hall in the hotel was also not renovated for a very long time, the floors and sofas were dirty. The location of this hotel is excellent. Close enough to the main drag, yet you are away from the commotion. About a 10min walk. The hotel needs some updating but the beds are comfy and everything was clean. My only concern was that the washroom smelled mouldy/musty. I assume it was the ... shower curtain. Overall good experience. Spacious bedrooms and beautiful views. Very good customer service. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated, yet there are finishing details that make it feel less luxurious. The bathroom was definitely not renovated and looks outdated.
