Flavourful pho and good portion. Soups were flavourful, with fresh toppings and generous amounts of meat. Prices are slightly higher than other places in Chinatown but quality is excellent.
Heard many good things about this place and we were not disappointed, amazing dishes, Bun Cha Ha Noi would be the dish to go for as it is the tastiest, generous portion and hard to find elsewhere even in a big city like Toronto or Montreal! The restaurant is ... on the small size and you might have to wait on a busy day. We would definitely be back soon. Read more
I've had Bun Ca in several places in Hanoi and none of them compared to the Bun Ca at Pho Tuan. Absolutely delicious and completely worth the $20 price tag! One order is easily worth two meals - four LARGE pork patties with lots of beef swimming in a bowl ... of fish sauce, a pile of noodles and bean sprouts. The server was incredibly friendly and chatted with us about the food and how it's made. Highly recommend! Read more
I had the bun bo hue and its really good! My only complaint would be that the meat to noodle ratio is like 5:1. Lots of meat which is great but couldve added a bit more noodles. Just a bit especially if youre charging $17 (i think). Overall food taste ... good. Service is good. Place is meh. Read more

They make really good PHO. A few critical things made me give it only 4 stars sadly. Biggest thing that affected score was the noodles. They use linguini style noodles. In my travelled opinion having eaten pho well over a hundred different locations around North America... this style of noodles ... just doesn't work properly with chop sticks in my opinion. They don't clump up on the tip of the chop sticks nearly as efficiently as the spaghettini style rice noodles. They are far too heavy. Plus they were slightly overcooked in my bowl I prefer slightly undercooked pasta in all dishes worldwide. 2nd point... Meat was very good quality and good amount but slices were very small which again does not work nearly as well as few but larger thin slices. For those two reasons I can not give this pho 5 stars but for anyone who doesn't share my concerns it's 5 stars. They give a nice size large bowl for $18 Parking can be a bit difficult as well but what city spot does better not many so just pointing it out. Read more
