Gabriel Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

It took 1 1/2 to deliver a pizza . The place is 5 min drive from my house. Brutal!

The food is good. Perhaps most importantly, the pizza crusts are never undercooked. However, the menu is overpriced for what you get, so we don't order anymore.

Order breakfast for takeout. Food was okay, I do not recommend the breakfast Poutine

I've read similar reviews to mine.. Ordered at 5:50, no delivery time or window given. Called at 6:50 to check on the status of my order which they told me it was on its way. 7:50 comes around and finally the delivery driver shows up. Pizza cold, garlic bread cold, wings ... cold. Pizza was also burnt and dry as was the garlic bread. Not sure if they left it in the oven the entire two hours or not. TWO hours for a cold, dry, overcooked pizza. I don't have kids but I can't imagine feeding a family this garbage. Luckily I have three dogs so they ate well (although they like their pizza warm and greasy too, not cold and dry). Order at 6pm, called customer service at 7:30 got told my pizza should be arriving shortly. 5 min later it arrives. Cold as stone... now waiting to hear it up to eat... terrible service tonight
