Subway - Ottawa, Ontario

I recently visited the Bronson Subway and had the best experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the manager was exceptionally welcoming. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff took great care in preparing my order exactly how I wanted ... it.(it was a huge order) The ingredients were fresh, and the sub tasted amazing. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work, and it truly shows. I want to extend a special thanks to the manager for creating such a positive and friendly environment. The staff here are extremely rude / have no customer service attitude. Ordered online asking for more sauce on my sandwich and received almost no sauce on my sandwich. Asked for extra sauce after it was made and the lady working there gave me a dirty look and no reply. ... It is almost like they go against your requests out of spite. There are a couple nice employees but the rest should not be employed at all. Read more

Order through subway app picked up, came to see you ask for extra veggies and they barely put any.. Can even imagine this store cheaping out on vegs evn.. Will never order at this location.. Other stores atlest make what you ask for...

I gave this location 5 stars several years ago but I am updating it to 1 star after my recent visits. -Extremely dry, old bread -Subs made improperly -Rude employees Last time I was there, there was a bunch of pieces of steak? meat? (who really knows?) mixed into the lettuce insert and they ... employee put a bunch of it on my ham sub. Find a different location.. or go to Firehouse or Subito. Read more

The second half of a $25 fully loaded sub! Man I miss the $5 subs where they actually put food between the bread and the bread didn't disintegrate threw my fingers ! That was your last chance! Subway has failed for the last time I can not afford to waste ... my money hoping for days past. I checked all the reviews recently all 1 stars!
